At Zojirushi Online Store, we stand behind the quality of our home appliances and offer a 30-day return window for products in new, unused condition with original packaging. Please note that used kitchenware or items missing original components cannot be accepted for health and safety reasons.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization (RA) number.

  Pack Securely

  Place the product in its original retail box and pack it inside a sturdy shipping carton with all manuals, accessories, and a copy of your packing slip.

• 3.
  Ship to Zojirushi

  Affix the provided shipping label or use a trackable carrier of your choice to send the package to our authorized returns processing center.

• 4.
  Refund Processing

  Once our technicians inspect the item to ensure it meets our return standards, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
